I know I go on and on about the winter with it’s cold and snow but I do it for a reason. It propels me closer to my goal of moving to a tropical island.
Of course there are the usual concerns like finances and immigration, but I worry mostly about my dog. He loves the northern climate and I’m not sure how he’ll adapt to the Caribbean lifestyle.
Do you have a particular Caribbean island in mind?
Not really, I’ve only been to the Dominican Republic and loved the weather so we’ll see!
BRRRR has learned to ski; so I am sure he will readily learn to surf.
Yes I’m sure he will…he just has to keep his eye out for sharks!
Why not try Florida? He can always come inside and find an air conditioner, like my dog does
Florida gets cold, I have friends that are down there now and they had to cover all their outdoor plants because of frost! I like it hot all the time, 48 humidex is my kind of weather…
On any other day, I’d argue this, but I’m freezing my tushie today in Florida.
